Now in its 13th year, Sage ACT is an established CRM system utilised by
businesses worldwide to organise information and track correspondence
with their clients. From humble beginnings, the ACT software now
incorporates facilities to automate marketing efforts and track e-marketing
along with integration with mail services and mobile devices. It provides
facilities for forecasting and opportunity follow up and offers a range of
reporting options to ensure that business information is well managed
and shared.
Sage Act is offered in 2 versions Professional and Premium with the
Premium version aimed primarily at teams. The Premium version has all
the features of the professional offering with added features of: Web
Access, Enhanced Security Settings, Group Scheduling Features,
Group Dashboard & Reporting against team views and advanced
admin and sync options.
Trillium Developments have once again been accredited by Sage as
resellers, competancy certificates are awarded upon successful completion
of Sage exams and are available for veiwing in the news section of the site.
Sage Professional is available for up to 10 users whilst Sage Premium is
available for 100+ users.
